Online Civil case information

You may complete a civil money judgment only search for a fee on-line at https://ujsjudgmentquery.sd.gov/login.aspx. You must set up an account and deposit credits from a debit or credit card for this search. When establishing an account you should use the same address for your account as you do for your credit card statement.

Refund Policy

We do honor requests for refunds where the product or service is not-as-described. A request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis with the UJS reserving full discretion to make the determination whether a refund is appropriate.

Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 7 days after the search is requested.
